amend Form 990 or Form 990-EZ, file a completely new return. Attach all
schedules. An amended return must provide all the information, not just
the new or corrected information. Write "Amended Return" at the
top of the return. The amended return must be available for public
inspection for three (3) years from the date of filing, or three (3) years
from the date the original return was due, whichever is later. |
